Case Specialist:

Qualifications: The Case Specialist 1 is a recognized technical or functional expert in the area of case management. The individual in this role typically has specialization in a particular technology or business application. Must demonstrate ability to perform detailed work consistently and accurately.
Has experience with Government spreadsheet software. Associate’s Degree or one (1) years of experience working in a similar environment is required.
Specialized training may be substituted for the experience requirement.

Experience: High School diploma plus 1-2 years of experience working in a high volume transaction processing environment is required. Specialized training may be substituted for the experience requirement.

Experienced with working in a team environment.
Ability to pass a Public Trust Background Investigation
