Case Management Tester
Location: Atlanta, GA / McClean, VA
Experience required :
Good experience in automating and manual testing and maintaining the test cases.
Experience in testing Web Services API and Client/Server Application.
Experience in NMS/EMS/Inventory management systems.
Experience in testing workflows, approval flows and rules in Servicenow.
Experience with Automated Testing Framework of Service Now
Experience in facilitating discussions with Product Owner and Business Analyst to identify, develop and prioritize business requirements.
Experience in reviewing Project Requirements, Design and Business documents.
Strong knowledge of entire SDLC - Requirement Gathering & Analysis, Planning, Design, Development, Testing and Implementation & SOA architecture.
Experience in GUI, Functional, Regression, Integration, System, User Acceptance Testing.
Expertise in Test Case Design, Test Tool Usage, Test Execution, Defect Management and Defect Tracking.
Experience in analyzing requirements, writing and executing test plans, designing test cases and procedures, preparing test data, setting up test environment, creating/tracking defects using HP- ALM/Quality Center, JIRA, creating requirement traceability matrix and test summary reports.
Experience in creating test automation framework design, Estimations, automation workflows.
Knowledge on different test automation frameworks (TDD/BDD/Hybrid
Hands on experience of Automation tools/technologies like Selenium Webdriver, Java/Python, TestNG, Maven/Ant, POM.
Experience in working on Linux or Unix environment.
Experience in working on Webservices API testing (SOAP/REST) and testing tools like SOAPUI and Postman.
Experienced in testing on both web front-end and back-end systems.
Sound knowledge on database with Oracle, MySQL, PL/SQL and on writing complex SQL Queries.
Good-to-haves
Experience in testing Satellite Access, Circuit designing and associated devices (Switch/Hub/Routers
Mobile Data and Voice Core and RAN architecture - 3G / 4G (LTE
Mobile Network Service Control layer and Messaging.
Traffic Enforcement/Management Solutions.
IP & Transmission.
CCNA, CCNP or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of LINUX and Open Source tools.
