Advanced knowledge of Agile Software Development methodology
Experience collaborating with business representatives to understand requirements value prioritization and acceptance criteria
Manage day to day individual work load identifies/mitigate project risk
Strong communication skills be able to communicate effectively and work closely together with business client, other technology teams, support partners and stakeholders to deliver and support businesses align solutions.
Change Management-Full knowledge of change management process and tools required along with experience and handling complex deployment coordinating with operation teams.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
Five + years of Captiva 6.x/7.x development experience
Two + years of Dotnet development experience.
Dispatcher of any OCR development experience is plus
Windows/Active directory
MS SQL
IIS/Apache/Tomcat configurations
Application Load balancing
Confluence and SVN usage
Microsoft Excel/Power point/Word/Share point
