Barrister Global Services Network Inc. is currently looking for a motivated, highly detailed, organized and outgoing individual to support one of our major nationwide clients. The successful applicant should be able to quickly adapt their knowledge to the current IT environment and be able to enhance the current systems in place. They should also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills so as to be understood by technical and non-technical personnel.

Job Summary :

Campaign managers devise and run marketing campaigns for products, services or events that target consumers or other businesses. Usually working under a head of marketing but managing a marketing team, campaign managers oversee campaigns in a variety of formats. We are looking for a detail oriented person with good collaboration skills that is able to manage multi integrated campaigns simultaneously You will work with the Product Marketing team and faculty or programmer leaders to obtain buy in for campaigns and to obtain information to devise, prepare and produce campaign activity and content. Ensure all information is accurate and passes through the official sign off process



Essential Job Functions:

Provide assistance to the Campaign Management team on (future/current in-process) projects specifically as it relates to QA of mailers.
Manage our campaign(s) as assigned at the discretion of the Campaign Manager Director.
Assist in the creative content review and gaining approval from clients
Assist in the management of project related spreadsheets using Microsoft Office Tools
Follow all team processes and utilize established documentation and quality standards for the most efficient completion of projects.
Update any documentation as they work through processes.



Requirements :

Extensive experience in a management role
Time management
Quality Assurance skills
Microsoft Office Tools
A bachelor''s degree in advertising or journalism is important or equivalent level qualification
You should have an understanding of the contribution of other marketing communication techniques and their roles in an integrated campaign.
Presentation skills


Preferred
Familiarity with media planning and buying techniques helps







Green card or US citizenship required
