POSITION: Callidus Developer
LOCATION: Jacksonville, FL
DURATION: 8 months

Callidus Developer will be responsible for -
Design, development and coding of complex business critical IT solutions using Informatica, Callidus True Comp and Business Objects.
. Technology Skill Set: Informatica Power Center, Callidus Compensation Module, True Comp Architecture, SQL, PL/SQL, DB Performance tuning, WEBI reporting and BO reporting.
Develop Technical Design documents from BRS and SRS documents.
Design and Develop Incentive compensation configuration from compensation plans.
Design Business units and processing units from compensation plans.
Creating technical specifications for systems/sub systems developed, conduct unit tests, peer reviews of the code and maintenance of internally developed applications, evaluation and performance testing of purchased products.
Supporting transition of applications through its Product Development life cycle. Create Code Migration stagey and Maintain documents on what has been migrated.
Leading development efforts, oversee work results, providing informal training and serve as a technical resource for other Developers.
Must Haves:
5+ years of IT experience
Understanding of Callidus True Comp Architecture.
Configure Callidus True Comp Rules Engine.
Design Plans on Callidus Cloud using compensation rule elements.
Design Reporting DB on Callidus.
Interact with Business Intelligence Lead, other staff, and other program technical staff as needed to ensure proposed development strategy and implementation meets programs objectives
Ensure all software developed for migration of production data is developed, controlled, and tested to the same quality level as production software
Preferred:
Understanding of Health Care Domain with knowledge on Compensation Plans and Payee setup.
Certified Callidus Compensation Specialist
Experience using Agile methodology
