Callback /VIrtual hold support engineer
Temple Terrace, FL
1+ year

Candidate will work with and should be hands-on with Virtual Hold Technologies and Callback platform. The candidate should have working understanding of Avaya Call management and Cisco Routing solutions. Knowledge Genesys CTI preferred.
Should be proactive and ability to lead projects .
Ability to work with other teams and vendors. Experience in design/implementation and supporting Call center applications /ACD. Experience on Virtual Hold integration with Avaya is a must.
Excellent problem solving skills is a must in the fast paced organization.

Required Skills:
- Callback /VIrtual hold support engineer:
- Configuration of Virtual hold technology suite of applications.
- Design of customer experience and Virtual hold configurations.
- proactivly identify performance improvements
- Database : Ability to operate on different databases (SQL, mySql,Oracle)
- Applicant MUST have strong knowledge of design and hands-on ability to identify/Implement Callback solution with customer experience focus.
- Position involves all phases of implementing Callback solution.
- Responsibilities require troubleshooting skills for callback and other call center applications.
- Position requires interfacing with business customers on a daily basis and requires a friendly, professional interpersonal approach
- Provide 24X7 production support. The Applicant will be on-call support and be available to answer calls during assigned schedule
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent required

Desired Skills:
- Experience in deploying and supporting Callback solutions in large environments.
- Have working experience with Genesys CTI , CISCO Routing
- Have working experience on java/.NET/SQL
