Position Summary:
Looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager with a track record of delivering successful projects into large and complex organizations.
Th3 candidate is responsible for the successful implementation of Avoka’s Transact platform, leaving customers thrilled at the new experience they are providing for their customers.
You will manage the budget, resources, client relationships and set up clients for long term success.
The candidate will work closely with solution architects and coordinate the IT and infrastructure teams, brand designers, integration specialists and developers and the candidate will guide clients to ensure their business objectives are met within their budget and time frames.
Must be able to find the right mix of agile and traditional methodologies that best suit specific client requirements.

Major Responsibilities:
Manage and drive Avoka product implementations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
Responsible for budgeting, planning, resourcing, status updates, risk management, quality review, and escalating functional, quality, and timeline issues
Manage change of scope, time, and cost
Deliver on specific business value expected
Create professional services SOWs
Advise client on the best implementation methodology and adjust to deliver the best customer outcome. Contribute domain expertise to business discussions.
Define new processes to increase team efficiency and improve delivery
All other duties as assigned by your supervisor, customer, or the Company

Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years in a customer-facing technical project management role with proven ability to deliver on time and on budget
5+ years in a product-based services organization
Understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile
Consulting experience preferred
Large Bank experience either internally or as a vendor, preferred
Ability to take ownership of an implementation and solve issues that arise during delivery
A distinct desire to deliver value and satisfy customers throughout the implementation no matter what it takes, and ability to push back when required
Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools
Proven ability to lead a cross-functional team with a combination of engineers, architects, and business representatives
Ability to work through problems independently and engage the team as needed
Exceptional communication and thorough documentation skills
PMP and CSM certifications highly preferred.
