Job Description :
Drive complex cross functional programs from definition and execution.
Assist with defining strategies, align project priorities, and coordinate schedules.
Help the extended team be effective by providing insights, plans, and process to execute highly cross-functional projects at scale.
Must have significant experience in the data domain, e.g. master data management, reference data, data warehousing, BI & Analytics, ETL and API development, metadata management, data security, reporting & analytics, data quality & analysis, etc.
Hands on day to day program mgmt and ability to make progress in highly ambiguous problem space are musts.
Preferably have a solid exposure to data governance, e.g. defining, establishing, and running it.
Responsibilities:
Work with Product and Engineering management and teams to define vision and roadmaps to develop and implement data management frameworks and solutions.
Manage multiple interdependent projects of moderate to high complexity and scope. Manage all aspects of program deliverables including agile and long term planning.
Use technical judgment to challenge proposals and develop recommendations that translate into an effective course of action.
Lead projects that help scale the group, implement best practices, improve methodology, and increase effectiveness of cross-functional project delivery.
Play a key role in improving operational efficiencies through system automation and process improvements.
Minimum Qualifications:
This position requires a solid technical acumen and strong organizational, project management, analysis, and communication skills.
BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields or equivalent practical experience.
15+ years of relevant industry experience.
Ability to think strategically and balance a broad range of internal and external factors when identifying problems, proposing solutions, and making decisions.
Experience communicating across a wide variety of functions (e.g. Engineering, Business, Product Management) at various levels.
Proven experience leading large cross functional, multi-team software programs and 3rd party implementations.
Preferred Qualifications:
MSc degree and 10 years of experience with transaction and analytical data management solutions.
Data centric skills and focus, e.g. master data management, data analysis, data quality, data integration, data governance, analytics, etc.
Experience in implementations of 3rd party SaaS tools, ERPs, CRM, and other complex solutions.
Strong track record of KPI management and delivery.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity.
