Technical PM (Scrum Master)
10+ years as an IT Professional
4+ years experience using Agile techniques within an SDLC environment
3+ years experience coaching, leading, and/or facilitating SCRUM with at least one medium to complex Data Integration, Data Migration, Big Data, MS BI, DA BI projects
3+ years of experience on Jira - tracking issues, defects, backlogs and managing Agile scrums by effectively using Jira as the tool
1 + years of experience designing and managing MS Azure or other cloud based big data solution HD Insights, Azure Data Lake, BLOB
5+ years of experience designing and implementing on Spark, Hive, Pig, Paraquete, Yarn, Avro
Experience designing Azure Big Data solutions for Very larger Batch implementations
Experience designing and implementing Azure Big Data solutions with real time integration and Events
Experience working on large-scale data warehousing and analytics projects leveraging Azure technologies
Experience with RDBMS and Data Repositories (Azure SQL DB, SQL Server, Oracle, etc
Experience with cloud based Big Data Technologies (NoSQL databases, Hadoop, Hive, HBase, Pig, Spark, Elasticsearch, etc
Exposure to SQL and SSIS
Understanding of Python, Java, or other programming languages
Ability to plan and execute multiple fast paced parallel sprints effectively
Effectively manage progress, backlogs, constraints, issues and velocity
Ability to collaborate and communicate openly with team.
Collaborate effectively with both onshore and offshore teams
Ability to handle multiple stakeholders including business partners, technical architects, Development teams, testing teams
Strong domain knowledge on Consumer Services B2B & B2C domain knowledge is a good to have
Scrum Master certification is good to have
Azure Certification is good to have
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, or related field
