Job Description :
10+ years industry experience
At least 4+ years in large Telcos implementing various CRM systems
Candidate must have completed at least 2 Sugar CRM implementations in Telcos
Experience in customizing SugarCRM workflows
Strong knowledge of PHP and MySQL
Selected Candidate must have experience on integrating Sugar CRM with eCommerce systems like Magento
Strong Telco domain knowledge is a definite plus
Experience in designing the solution architecture, process discovery and gap analysis.
Experience in working with distributed environments.
Project & Team management skills.
Demonstrate advanced understanding of the project methodology (various industry standard methodologies such as: SDLC, RUP, Agile, SCRUM)
Good communication and presentation skills.
Mandatory Skills:
Sugar CRM experience is a must.
