Job Description :
Hands on Coding in JAVA / Guidewire and Team leading and preparing the unit cases and code review.
Hands on Coding in Spring, Hibernate, Java/J2EE, Webservices, Websphere(WID) and Opensource tools and EJB. Banking Domain Knowledge is desirable.
Strong demonstrable Experience in delivering Java/J2EE based enterprise applications from concept to production.
Strong working knowledge of rules engine, caching technologies, DB/SQL, Java Scripts, SOA, REST/SOAP Services and patterns.
Hands on experience in creating web scale solution and Design.
Proven capability on Java service side technologies especially IBM WebSphere platform & WebSphere platform
Strong desire to continuous self-learning on new technologies and concepts.
Demonstrated good skills in written communication, presentation skills, consensus building and conflict management in a client facing role.
Ability to work across whole SDLC and should be able to play many roles depending upon situation i.e. architect role, software designer role, code reviewer.
Managing the Technologies in the Project & Providing the Technical Guidance and solutions to Jr. members for work completion.
Certified Java Professional with Team leading capabilities
