Job Description :
The SAM team manages day to day requests from internal employees, builds processes for efficient deployment and procurement of licenses, minimizes legal risk throughout the entire workflow, and finds new methods to ensure we’re optimizing the IT infrastructure at all stages of the lifecycle.
This role will have two major areas of focus and the need is expected to exist for ~6 months. The role may require onsite work in Kirkland, WA or the San Francisco Bay Area during regular business hours.

Management of existing contracts:
Stay on top of upcoming renewals, contractual obligations and operational asks to ensure there is no disruption in service and the company is compliant with the nuances detailed in the existing contract.
Partner with strategic vendor managers and program managers to keep them up-to-date on any changes that may need to be incorporated upon the revision of the existing contract.
Prepare preliminary information and documentation to support the strategic partnerships currently in place.

Onboarding of new software vendors:
Work with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, anticipated demand, operational considerations, budget constraints and a variety of other elements needed for the negotiation of the contract.
Be the liaison between internal and external partners ensuring everybody is informed on the latest updates, modifications and changes as conversations evolve within the negotiation lifecycle.
Prepare documentation and outline operational guidelines to ensure the smooth onboarding of new software vendors.

Minimum Qualifications:
Basic understanding of software contracts, license types and deployment infrastructure.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret large and complicated text.
Team player and self-starter with strong interpersonal and solution oriented attitude, and an ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast paced, constantly evolving team environment.
Be comfortable managing multiple deadlines and know how to prioritize under pressure.
Ability to define projects and execute within timelines and with multiple stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to synthesize information and see the big picture while effectively managing details.
Understand Google Business Apps - Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Hangouts, Keep etc.
Have a strong understanding of technology.
