Mandatory Skill:
Technical Expertise of Microsoft SharePoint ; SharePoint Online/O365, SharePoint Workflow Development (Mostly administration less of development), SharePoint User Support, SharePoint Designer.

Experience:
8 + years of related experience required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 4-6 total
Excellent communication skills, great inter personal skills, help in training the users. Should have attitude to learn about new product from Microsoft that ACT plans to use and then should be able to consult users on “How to Use” type of queries.

Knowledge of Agile Methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
Enterprise integration strategies and technologies.
Managing stress effectively.
Provide direction for professional staff in a team environment.
Ability to manage time efficiently.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or Information Systems or Equivalent Experience.
Excellent in-depth knowledge in understanding various features available in Microsoft SharePoint Online / Office 365 components.
