Job Description :
To provide operational support to serialization and other applications used on site
Job Duties:
Troubleshoot L3-L4 interface issues with GEM/Axway support teams for Guardian instances
Process forms for any manual operations in SD &LV as documented in the system procedures
Execute annual backup and restore test and bi-annual maintenance for Guardian instances
Provision user access, provide end user support and generate ad hoc reports for all systems in scope as per operational requirements
Ensure system procedures are up to date and assist QA with any deviations , CAPA
Provide support to warehouse personnel for post lot processing
Perform regression testing to ensure the quarterly platform upgrades for other systems does not impact functionality
Partner with other support teams to troubleshoot any issues related to Force.com applications
Provide day-to-day support for Axway and other serialization systems used on site
Qualifications:
3+ yrs experience supporting applications in a biotech/pharmaceutical commercial manufacturing environment
3+ yrs experience supporting serialization/Track & Trace systems
3+ yrs experience with managing CAPA , Deviations in a biotech/pharmaceutical environment
Experience with SQL Server, Web services
Experience with supporting force.com applications highly preferred
Experience developing or supporting applications on the .NET framework
