Job Description :
Responsibilities:
To mentor and provide technical guidance other developers on the project.
To coordinate with architects and business analysts to determine functionalities and create technical design.
To develop technical solutions to complex business problems.
To undertake training programs for new joinees.
To perform knowledge transition during project enhancements.
To document all the defined processes and the methods of resolving the ticket| troubleshooting| etc.
To update self on latest technologies and related areas.
To develop and deliver codes for the work assigned in accordance with time| quality and cost standards.
To provide support for enhancement (major and minor) or new developments based on business requirements as provided by the client as well as from the functional and technical team on the project.
To provide client support by presenting data, information, ticket resolution and day to day support activities like monitoring client requirements.
To perform Root cause analysis of repetative tickets.
To interact with the customer and internal teams to gather requirements for development purposes.
To perform activities related to enhancement creation of documents for CMMi and client requirements.
To resolve the tickets raised as per the defined standards of time| cost and quality for increased customer satisfaction.
To troubleshoot and resolve tickets raised by the clients.
