Job Description :
Established and drive Agile methodologies and Release Planning processes for development teams
Organize and facilitate Agile and Scrum meetings, which included Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums or Stand-ups (SUM), Sprint Check-In, Sprint Review and Retrospective.
Plan Sprint Goals, generate Sprint progress reports, which included Team Velocity, Burndown and Kanban, Charts and other key indicators
Assist teams with User Stories generation and manage their progress
Assist teams with Impediments and Roadblocks removal, Risks and Backlog management
Utilize agile management tools like Jira for effective management
Influence and build strong collaboration culture between teams
Ability to manage multiple scrum teams and coordinate with Product Owner
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Effective reporting and ability to report and communicate with senior leadership
