Client is looking to implement SalesForce''s Live Agent chat tool for a CX led project called ''Click to Connect''.

Must Have:
At least one handon''s technical implementation experience of Live Agent (and Snapins) including.
Built a LiveAgent solution with Pre-chat forms and Pre-Chat Authentication and Post Chat Survey.
Has built escalations within LiveAgent.
Has experience with using Snap-Ins and visualforce.
Ability to drive and architect solution by interacting with business.
Integration experience
Overall Salesforce experience, Service Cloud experience preferred
