Responsibilities:
SAP BI Security Administrator with in-depth experience with user, role, and table maintenance.
This position will be responsible for security administration for a variety of SAP modules including BW, HANA, BOBj, Tableau, Portal, ECC, SCM, SRM, Solution Manager, and XI,.
This individual is responsible for SAP security access and compliance for the organization in all SAP instances.
In addition, this role will work with the application owners, develop and support security priorities, create and maintain standards and procedures, and provide expertise in the area of SAP and other non-SAP applications as they relate to the security of any SAP instance.
The duties encompass security administration of SAP and non-SAP applications that are connecting to SAP instances, assisting in the design and build of security authorizations, ensure compliance to security policies and procedures, resolve access problems and handle security incidents.
This is a cross-functional support role to the organization and will interface within and outside of IT departments.
In this role it is critical to build and maintain internal relationships and possibly also with external business partners.

Technical Qualifications:
Strong technical knowledge of SAP security architecture and role based authorization models for SAP R/3, BW, SAP HANA, BPC, Tableau, BOBj, Portal, PI, Solution Manager, SCM, SRM
At least two End to End full SAP HANA life cycle security implementations experience
Strong experience in BW, SAP HANA, BPC, Tableau, BOBj, and Portal
Single-Sign-On knowledge for HANA, BOBj, Tableau, Portal, Windows AD
Must have hands on experience to architect authorization in Application and HANA Database layer
Maintain Audit requirements and setting audit log in HANA Database
Proficiency in SQL query to prepare report and troubleshooting in HANA Database
Security implementation, version upgrade, rollouts including user administration, role administration, setting up and troubleshooting in a CUA environment across various systems
Research new solutions to meet current and future security requirements
Troubleshoot and develop solutions to SAP security issues in production, quality, development and testing environments
Assist in the documenting, maintaining, and updating of security controls with a focus on User and Role administration-related controls and procedures
Remain abreast of industry technical trends and new development to maintain current skills and remain current with industry standards

Other Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree
7 plus years’ of work experience in SAP security administration
Strong knowledge and proficiency with internal controls and segregation of duties
Be a self-starter and able to work within a global team
Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Strong analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Performs own work and provides assistance to others as required
Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization
Adaptability to work in shared service model, and 24/7 model
Professional Certification such as CISSP, CISM, SAP certifications are preferred
