Job Description :
Skill Set Required:
Good experience with the technical capacity of SAP BPC with emphasis on administration.
Detailed knowledge of handling all activities related to financial close from various systems to BPC
Implement security on Application administration via profiles and work status feature in BPC
Expert in creating reports in BPC
Good understanding and practical experience of the integration points between BPC and core SAP FI/CO.
Candidate needs to be a strong technical person with hands on integration experience and multi-dimensional.
Nice to have experience in corporate controls.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required for interaction with various levels of management and peers.
Bachelor''''s Degree required preferably in Accounting/Finance, Computer Science, MIS or related discipline.
Job specific tasks are below

Job Responsibilities:

Forecast and Budget Management:
Load actuals
Loading FX rates to the LPT environment
Schedule the dates and times for loads, rollovers, opening and closing for forecast periods
Open and set work status for forecasting
Communicate / escalation point for system failures and issues with the overall forecasting / budget process

Application Support:
Resolve any data kick-outs which fail to load to application
Point of contact for data or issues using tool
Monitor BPC Support Mailbox
Manage issue resolution

Audits & Controls:
Ensure data in BPC , HFM, BW reconcile
Perform validation checks on constant rate categories
Sustain design integrity
Validate Constant Rate Calculations

Change Requests Management:
Assessing the impacts of change requests

Testing:
Coordinate user for testing
Prepare test cases and test scripts
Assist in executing formal test scripts

Training:
Create/Maintain training on FP&A tools
Conduct user training

Master Data Management:
Maintain user distribution lists
Policies, Documentation, and Governance:
Maintain system documentation
Maintain process documentation
Update SOPs, user job aids, etc.

Role Management:
Approve access requests
Develop GRC role builds based on business needs for new security roles, initiate GRC role approver changes.
Ensure the adequacy of the role request based on type of role, user profile, and data security policy
Publish new versions of the role
Test newly created roles
Assign role mapping guidance
Answer role related questions

IT Infrastructure:
System rollover activities
