Job Description :
Experience Level - 15+ Years

Responsibilities:
Define, document and track Information ownership for every Application affected by the deal, consulting respective stakeholders (e.g. Business Legal, QA) where necessary
Ensure adherence to the Global ISRM established standards and rules for applications included in the Inventory List of impacted applications
Support the M&A IT Processes as it relates to applications, including following the IGM Policy Framework including IT Security Guidelines
Successful partnership with Division IT, AM and APM Leads and PMOs to organize, prioritize and track progress to completion KPIs

Skills Required:
Ability to work effectively on a global, cross-organizational and cross-cultural level, ensure compliance with organizational standards and methods
15+ years’ experience in diverse IT management positions, 10+ years’ experience in IT Governance / PMO experience highly desirable
Superior leadership, interpersonal, communication, influencing, negotiation, problem solving skills and stakeholder management
Superior project and program management skills, including strong knowledge of and ability to apply various methodologies
Considerable business domain awareness and political agility (e.g. interrelationship of departments, business priorities), plus in depth industry understanding and network
