Job Description :
Position Duties:
Set up conference rooms, meetings and WebEx; and prepare the agenda, if needed.
Prepare office documents and correspondence, and advise staff on controlled correspondence and administrative requirements (format, routing, etc.
Provide advice on slides and other products, consistent with EIA guidelines.
Update organization charts, and maintain spreadsheets with travel and training information.
Coordinate new employee arrival to ensure they have phone, equipment and supplies.
Coordinate and distribute supplies.
Track hardware/software requests.

Position Qualifications:
Bachelor''s degree
5 years of professional experience with a minimum of 2 year experience that demonstrates project management skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Experience with federal travel regulation and process
Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication, particularly the ability to effectively communicate to non-technical audiences regarding technical matters
Strong customer service skills
Attention to detail, great organizational skills, ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently and simultaneously
Understand unspoken needs, have a high level of emotional intelligence, ability to manage conflict and respond with situational appropriateness
Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and work in a fast paced and often chaotic environment
