Job Description :
At least 3 years consultancy experience working with HCM/HRIS/Talent Management systems, preferably within the Oracle application solution set for HCM
The candidate should have hands on experience with HCM systems either in implementation role or in a technical role.
At least 3 years’ experience in the completion of one or two full life-cycle implementations with Oracle / Cloud HCM Suite
At least 3 years’ experience in demonstrated understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM concepts and general module functionality for Human Resources
At least 3 years’ experience in the ability to clearly describe end-to-end business processes and the key integration points, work cross-functionally across different business processes within an organization, and knowledge of challenges faced by implementation teams
Ability to operate at senior levels with clients and internal stake holders
Knowledge of Oracle APIs, Open Interfaces and Oracle Applications Development Standards
Oracle BI and/or fusion reporting tool experience
Legacy Data Conversion experience.
Oracle Fusion/ EBiz ERP support for HR
Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion tables, Configuration rules, and parameters
