Job Description :
Finance Business process , Accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in Finance modules ( AP, AR, Collections , FA, GL and EB Tax) SQL knowledge to write down queries
Expected composition : Finance functional -80 -90 %, Technical – 10-20% topics. Hands on experience on Oracle R12 EBS Modules.
Must know the underlying base tables for Finance & SCM modules, iExpense, AME Setups etc.
Experience of working in onshore offshore model.
Recent Experience working in Production support environment and well-versed in period close and reconciliation issues . ( Min 5 yrs)
Strong communication skills and ability to discuss with business users/manager on his own and lead the team.
Ability to understand the pain points in current business process and provide workaround and resolution for process improvement
Ability to work in a team environment or independently.
Experience in EMEA and LATAM localization is a plus

Proven ability to perform well and with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work independently and as a team player
Experience of 10+yrs with minimum of 8+ in Oracle EBS Finance Functional.
Good knowledge on integration’s with third party systems like AMEX, ADP, Workday

Mandatory Skills:
Good Hands on experience working on Production support environment.
Strong functional knowledge on AP , AR, GL, FA, Advanced Collection, iExpenses & EB Tax modules .
SQL knowledge to write down small queries
