Experience of Application Support Strong understanding of Java J2ee, Spring boot framework(microservices)
Setting up Splunk/AppDynamics/ monitoring on Linux and windows systems.
Integrate other monitoring/alert solutions (Splunk
Excellent listening and understanding skills
Excellent Oral and written communication
Change management coordination, familiar with implementing and validating the product upgrades, hotfixes
Strong Analytical, information gathering skills, Experiencing in leading team
Create Monitoring Dashboards in Splunk/AppDynamics for monitoring End-User Response Time and No-of hits to applications.
Handle the PIER/ServiceNow issues and resolve it.
Install, Configure and administer of Webservers in Pre-Prod and Production Environments
Configure and maintain Jenkins to implement the CI process for major releases and integrate the tool and schedule the builds
Deploy and configuration of Microservices into clusters using Jenkins.
Deploy Microservices for the delivery of software products across the application.
Responsible for CI/CD process implementation using Jenkins along with Shell scripts and responsible to automate routine jobs.
Flexible with work schedule to support off hours/weekends as needed to support.
Resolve the tickets within SLA
Triaging and Co-ordinating with various teams
