Job Description :
Job responsibilities:
Develop and implement applications and solutions for Client''s internal operations, with a focus on Human Resources systems and interfaces.
Integrate third party products such as Salesforce into internal systems as well as support and upgrade implemented systems. Partner with internal teams across business and engineering organizations.
Maintain the highest levels of engineering practices including technical design, solution development, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution, and writing clean, modular and self-sustaining code.

Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience with the configuration and custom development of packaged software solutions, including integrating with other enterprise application
Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Java, C++, Python, JavaScript or other scripting language
Experience with the Salesforce platform is a strongly preferred

Recommended qualifications:
MS in Computer Science or related field
Participation in multiple full system implementation life cycles (analyze, design, build, test, implement, support)
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
10 years experience in developing and integrating 3rd-party and in-house developed systems
