Job Description :
5 or more years of software development experience required
Development experience on Web and digital based applications and experience on Java, J2EE, EJB, Spring, REST, Hibernate is required
Experience with Test Driven Development using tools like Selinium, JUnit, JUnitEE
Experience developing software in an Agile Scrum environment
Excellent technical analysis and problem solving skills
Previous, proven leadership experience required
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with an executive audience, and clearly communicate technical issues to a non-technical audience.
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new business processes and become an expert in a specific industry
Strong knowledge on Designing Secured Application / Secured Services, OAuth, Basic Auth, Crypto
Experience with JBoss and WebSphere Application servers
Mandatory Skills:
