Job Description :
Position Summary:
Responsible for the support of Application Management Service to ensure the highest standards of availability, resilience, integrity, security and performance required by the business systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary responsible for Service Request, Incident, Problem Management in the respective managed Applications
Participate in requirements analysis
Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages and Solid experience in of ASP.NET, WCF, SQL, JQUERY, AJAX
Test and deploy applications and systems
Revise, update, refactor and debug code
Improve existing software
Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support
To be part of application maintenance transition from other vendor to Client .
As part of it, needs to document the knowledge gathered in agreed templates and play it back to the incumbent SMEs/Customers
Mandatory Skill:
C#, ASP.NET, WCF, SQL , JQUERY, AJAX
