Qualification - B. Tech./B.E./ MCA
12+ Years of Experience
Experience with Agile project management and automation / integration tools and frameworks (e.g., Jira Software, Git, Jenkins, Maven etc
Ability to customize & configure Jira Software for Scrum and Kanban Projects
In depth understanding of Jira functionalities to configure it for project specific requirement
Good understanding of Agile practices - Scrum/Kanban/XP
Previous experience in configuring Jira and Agile Ways of working
Experience on usage of popular Jira plugins including Portfolio for Jira
Ability to integrate Jira with engineering tools i.e., Git, Jenkins etc.
Ability to create CI build pipeline using Jenkins / other CI tools
Previous execution experience in configuring CI tools
Ability to support development teams on best practices in project management, test management, defect management, software configuration etc.
Experience in training / coaching project teams
Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
