Experience in delivering Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence and Reporting solutions
Strong SQL skills pipeline and data analysis skills
Experience in dashboarding and data visualization
Written and verbal communication skills
HR operations functional & data knowledge is a big plus
Responsibilities:
Gather requirements and conduct user surveys on Headcount Reporting solutions
Profile data & translate business requirements to product requirements
Develop prototype dashboards, ETL pipelines
Work with engineers to productionalize pipelines. Work closely to iterate on changes.
Support production pipelines and address user inquiries
Deliverable:
Dashboards, Datasets, Pipelines Documentations, other project artifacts
