Job Description :
Provide desk side support to departments
Responsible for end user hardware/software installation, trouble-shooting and maintenance
Responsible for end user hardware/software procurement, inventory and allocation management
Responsible for coordination with other service teams for incident resolution and request provisioning
2nd\3rd line desktop support experience
Outstanding customer service
Outstanding presentation & communication
Strong Microsoft Windows o\s experience – Especially for Windows 7/10
Strong analytical skill for the Microsoft Office Suite 2007/2013
2nd line fault analysis and experience of Outlook 2003/2007/2013
Mobile device support (iphone/ipad/android)
Experience of supporting VPN and remote connection tools, in relation to Broadband and 3G technologies.
Experience providing remote fault analysis, via verbal communication and IT remote control tools.
Active Directory user account administration experience.
