Job Description :
Looking for experienced lean six sigma black belt for transformation program .
The candidates should have hands-on experience in handling process improvement , process management and automation project. Good understanding of RPA would be preferred. Need strong experience in process mapping , data analysis and project management.
Ability to work in cross functional environment , develop and present the artifacts are needed.
Hands on experience with tools such as igrafx ,visio , minitab , excel would be desired.
Should be certified green belt but black belt certification would be added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria:
At least 5+ years of experience with Lean implementation expertise (preferably handled initiatives in BFSI vertical/ Transactional KPO/BPO processes)
Qualified candidates must have demonstrated experience implementing Six Sigma projects in an IT environment (non-manufacturing) with specific tools and calculations
Is a recognized Lean Six Sigma expert (ASQ certified Green Belt will be ideal)
Bachelor/Master’s degree from an accredited university or college
Candidate should have hands on 3 years’ experience on monitoring process quality, error analysis, root cause identification
Knowledge of Advance Excel (will be preferred)

Strong interpersonal skills and a Team Player
Hands on experience on Lean/ Six Sigma Projects ( preferable completed 2-3 projects)

Key Accountabilities:
Facilitate MIS needs for SLA performance reporting
Creation of Quality check sheet/ error log sheets
Error Monitoring, Review Sampling and tracking Internal/ External Errors
Ensure effective implementation of RCA and appropriate CAPA
Known Exception/ Knowledge Database (KeDB) Implementation
Health Check Implementation and CSAT
Tracking process improvement/ productivity
Facilitate employee suggestion for process improvement (generation to implementation validating and tracking)

Key Responsibilities:
Support Metrics initiatives - liase with Operations teams on KPIs, SLAs and performance baselining and MIS dashboards
PIP: Drive PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) across floor on established metrics based on the performance
Facilitate Quality practices – prepare Audit calendar. Standardization of Quality templates and periodic Quality audits
Organizing Quality communication (Newsletters), Awareness campaigns on a periodic basis viz. Value Creation; Planning and organizing special drives vizKaizen, Annual Quality Forums/ Events
Provide Change Management process awareness to teams.All the changes are documented as per MSA and version controlled (Joint responsibility with Ops and Risk Management)
Facilitate the Client satisfaction surveys for the process. Analysis of the survey results. Drive, develop and measure the appropriate action plans to bring out improvement.
