Job Description :
Develop and maintain HR process documentation as well as procedures and guidelines.
Oversee and act as control for HR processes such as hires, transfers, terminations, etc.
Process employee data changes and other routine HR operations data entry as needed.
Maintain integrity of HRIS system and the related data, performing audits as needed.
Extract, compile and analyze HRIS data in order to create and/or complete compliance related reports and forms such as: forms requiring EEO data, Workers’ Compensation reporting, etc.
Create and support HR reporting needs (i.e. – Headcount, New Hire, Payroll Changes, etc
Produce ad hoc reports with rapid turnarounds based on business requests.
Work with immigration groups and HR Business partners to coordinate and track all HR-related immigration matters, including transfers and relocations.
Track I-9s for all new hires to ensure appropriate documentation has been submitted and follow up on expiring documents.
Respond to verification of Employment requests.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Must communicate in a professional manner through writing and spoken word.
Must have intermediate math; basic accounting skills
Good professional appearance
Able to work alone on a broad variety of tasks and projects
Able to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, and creativity to changing needs and situations
Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in the course of work
