Job Description :
Provide information to their customers regarding their n-bound inquiries in order to resolve their issues as defined per Service Level Agreements.
Working independently and efficiently to meet SLAs.
Strictly adhere to attendance, login hours, and leave as defined by client policy.
Improve skill levels through self-development, skill verification tests, and training programs.
Consistently meet or exceed CSAT parameters as defined by process.
Qualifications:.
Excellent written and verbal communication
Intermediate computer skills (Internet Explorer, Outlook, Google, Microsoft Office Suite)
Types minimum 35 wpm, prefer 45wpm+
1 year, or more Customer Service experience doing client credit adjustments required.
Ability to Multi-task
Adaptability:
