Job Description :
Custom Scope:
Design, install, configure, manage, and troubleshoot virtualized, desktop applications running in large Citrix XenApp, Microsoft Terminal Services and VMWare ESX environment.
Must be familiar with virtual desktop/applications access technologies from both an engineering and administrative perspective.
Strong experience with Application, Terminal Services, monitoring and performance metering.
Extensive knowledge with Microsoft infrastructure technologies including: DHCP, DNS, WINS, Active Directory 2003/2008, Group Policy Objects – specifically supporting the technologies.
Tune and configure OS kernel and networking parameters.
Provide ongoing operation/support of enterprise-wide applications, policies, and technology in the server, client environment such as Terminal Services and VMware VDI.
Participate in planning and execution of new Clinical/Business/Enterprise systems implementation/deployment.
Assist in the installation, customization and maintenance of new systems or software.
Solve complex technical problems, communicating technical concepts to clients and peers with mixed levels of technical abilities and making sound technical and architectural decisions independently.
Communicate technical concepts effectively in written and oral.

Experience with design, configuration, operation, repair, and tuning of technology systems.
Advanced experience writing and editing the most complex scripts used to perform system maintenance and administration.
Advanced knowledge of computer security best practices and policies including demonstrated experience securing most complex server-based software.
Experience leading a team of IT professionals.
