Job Description :
Need candidates with good communication skills
8-10yrs of experience in their respective field
excellent oral and written communication in English,
Oncall support for 24*7 operations
Depending on business requirements, may require to work in shifts.
Work on incidents, service request, change, problem management
Knowledge of ticketing tool – Service now
Meet SLAs as applicable
Report status, inventory, patching, server, DBs uptime status

Prod Control:
Incident/Service request handling
SLA management of Batch job tickets
CBE batch job management
Printing of checks and other documents
Troubleshooting technical issues
Participation on Joint Investigation & troubleshooting calls
Participating weekly and monthly review meetings
Provide coverage 24x7x365 for all batch processing
Run book updates
Schedule job in AutoSys and Control M
Working with Support Groups on Scheduling and job Failures and restarting job per doc and Support teams.
Adhoc Batch job requests
Mainframe System IPL planning and support
