Job Description :
This role is responsible for working with application developers and/or vendors to ensure the solution architecture is deployed using proper analysis, design, development and testing disciplines.
The Agile Lead Systems Analyst can represent Information Technology as a core team member in major Client’s strategic initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties as assigned):
Responsible for leading the support of Oracle Agile PLM product, Agile SDK, Agile EC Client, and Solidworks.
Modifies Oracle Agile Process Extensions (PX''s
Leads development teams on multi-resource and cross-functional projects and system upgrades, through to successful completion following defined system life cycle process.
Ensures deliverables meet customer requirements and stated objectives, as well as compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and Client’s defined development life cycle process.
Provides technical expertise in the analysis and design of business applications and systems that interface with Oracle Agile PLM, including participation as a core team member on strategic teams that rely on Information Technology and consulting on future direction of company initiatives as it pertains to business processes and IT systems.
Determines when Oracle Agile PLM core functionality can provide needed functionality and when a custom solution is required.
Confers and collaborates with customers, IT, outside vendors, consultants and business partners to analyze current business operational procedures, identify problems, and makes recommendations for continuous improvement.
Designs Oracle Agile Workflows and implements Oracle Agile provided Bug Fixes and Patches.
Provides training, coaching and mentoring to develop team members to enhance their technical skills and Oracle Agile knowledge.

SCOPE & IMPACT:
This position is an extension of the Senior Systems Analyst role with a higher level of experience, expertise and responsibility.
It requires in-depth business and application specific technical knowledge in multiple Information Technologies areas, and demonstrated leadership qualities.
This resource is able to solve complex issues or complete projects independently.
Represents Information Technologies on strategic teams and provides consulting on the future direction of company initiatives pertaining to business processes and IT Systems.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer or Information Technology, or related field with 6-8 years of relevant work experience or equivalent
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a programmer analyst role
Minimum of 3-5 years in a technical leadership role on large scale-cross functional projects
Agile SDK capabilities and limitations, understanding Agile Process Extensions(PX), and the details of implementing a PX
Java Experience
10% Travel Required

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge and experience in Oracle Fusion Stack
Oracle Agile PLM Certification
