Job Description :
As a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Solution Architect, you will work directly with Google Cloud executives, technical teams and end users.
This is a hands-on role and you will be intimately familiar with orchestration technology, CI/CD tooling, Puppet/ Chef, network infrastructure, security technology, containers and databases.
You’ll propose the plan, demonstrating its components to business stakeholders and leadership.
Independently perform ideation, create use cases, work with Security Operations to conduct Proof of Concept set up and thereafter formalizing the use to mainstream business.
This requirement is primarily for Supply Chain / Warehouse Management organization.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate the gathering of detailed specification requirements and the implementation of workflow improvements, enhancements, upgrades, and systems throughout the project life cycle.
Test data inflows and calculated outputs for accuracy; provide root cause analysis for unexpected results.
Understand information management, data modelling, system integration, application testing, and tiered application concepts and technologies.
Establish and lead working group sessions to generate multi-level business process and architecture diagrams.
Work closely with members of the global Google Cloud business and extended teams including but not limited to Engineering, Business Intelligence, Supply Chain and Data Governance to identify and build solutions and processes.
Understand, design and implement configuration and workflow for new processes and systems that maximize functionality and minimize customization.
Provide subject matter expertise around technical infrastructure and applications.
Define the business case for solutions, design the solution to help prototype and develop the customer’s new environment, and guide the solution through launch to market.
Demonstrate thought leadership in cloud computing across multiple channels and become a trusted advisor to decision makers.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Min 3-4 years of experience in a Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy and/or Product/Program/Portfolio Management role.
Min 1-2 yrs of experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management
Experience working on systems-focused sales strategy, with a passion for technology and an ability to identify new opportunities for efficiency and productivity.
Ability to develop consolidated understanding of requirements from multiple stakeholders.
Conflict resolution and consultation skills to resolve escalations quickly and effectively, bringing a problem-solving attitude to conflicting approaches and priorities involving others.
Comfortable with SQL, Oracle, Windows and Linux technologies
