Job Description :

Provides project leadership for design and installation projects using standard technologies.

Duties and Responsibilities:
To lead and manage resources and ensure optimum resource utilization and high customer satisfaction
To drive resource planning and keep track of team’s performance for high customer satisfaction
Manage the teams and co-ordinate with On-Site Engineers for any issues/concerns
Ensure quality compliance and facilitate Value creation and KM activities
Attend status calls with customer and the team and escalate to Senior management
Manage migration project from Avaya to Genesys migration covering a number of data centers and locations

Education & Experience:
5-7 years of experience
Undergraduate degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of training and experience.
Previous experience with Datacenter migration
Previous experience of migration from Avaya to Genesys
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
Strong project leadership skills
