Job Description :
The AVP, Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Analyst will contribute to the Cyber Intelligence function by providing intelligence support to customers including strategic decision-makers, operational threat detection and incident response teams. CTI collects, analyzes and reports on a wide range of cyber and fraud threats to the firm, and aids strategic and operational decision-making enabling prevention and detection of threat events and informing business planning.
The ideal candidate will possess prior threat intelligence, Information Security (IS), and financial services expertise

Essential Responsibilities:
Draft short-form and long-form strategic intelligence products incorporating primary and secondary sources that incorporate quantitative and qualitative information.
Deliver intelligence briefs and solicit intelligence requirements from operational teams, network architects and planners, and executives.
Identify new threat tactics, techniques, and procedures used by cyber threat actors. Publish findings in threat intelligence products.
Interact with intelligence suppliers to secure relevant intelligence in a timely fashion and to close intelligence gaps. Provide feedback on the quality of intelligence received.
Interface with industry peers, and government and law enforcement organizations as appropriate, to acquire and share threat intelligence.
Analyze intelligence holdings related to threat-actors and threat-vectors in various IS knowledge repositories including a threat intelligence platform (TIP
Enhance security operations and incident response team knowledge to support their respective missions.
Work with team members to enhance security monitoring tools with contextual intelligence.
Provide expertise and counsel to management, other organizations, and special project personnel.
Collaborate with management in developing technical directions, setting objectives, and setting realistic and challenging goals.
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor''s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience in information systems or intelligence required, advanced degree preferred.
Minimum three years of cyber security, threat intelligence, or intelligence experience.
Experience in producing long and short form intelligence products.
Understanding of malware, threat vectors, and cybercrime tactics.
Understanding of the cyber kill chain and intelligence lifecycles.
Understanding of network and fraud protection technologies, and procedures to counter

Experience in the US intelligence community and familiarity with analytic standards and tradecraft

Proven experience handling multiple, and competing priorities across all stakeholder groups and effectively resolving competing priorities and interests with minimal disruption
