Min 8 year of exp
Engineer works on a VAVE projects for cost reduction.
Works on a cross-functional project team through all phases of the development process.
Includes planning and executing projects from concept through the launch.
Independently drive projects.
Good in customer interaction/communication
Project Management including Design, Development, sourcing and assembly.
Hands on experience using 3D CAD software’s.
Concept design, Detail design, Manufacturing drawings, Design support for Proto type development and Tooling.
Work with cross functional teams manufacturing, procurement, service, testing, design and quality.
Knowledge of feasibility test/Verification test/reliability test.
Knowledge of writing protocols and reports.
Knowledge of tooling/components validation and reports.
Kaizen and other improvement activities.
DFMEA and FMEA for process & design
Tolerance stack up study
Coordination with vendors for getting quotes and development.
Conducting Tear down, Brainstorming, Design reviews and idea generation.
ECO and ECN
Mechanical designs, manufacturing processes and tooling knowledge
Hands-on experience in working with CAD tools Pro-E
