Job Description :
Min 5 - 10 year of exp
5-6 years of work in a Petrochemical/Oil refinery with a focus on instrumentation, analyzer, controls/automation design experience.
Demonstrated experience with Intergraph SmartPlant Instrumentation (SPI) version 2009 or higher.
Extensive experience in Development and generations of Loop Drawing, Hook up drawings, Wiring diagrams, Specifications sheets, Process Data Sheets, I/O lists, Alarm lists, cable list, cable schedule etc. in SPI with customer specific requirement and ability to publish in SPF-SPO integrated environment.
Demonstrated experience with Excel, Word, Access, Visio, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Working knowledge and ability to interpret Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), ISA piping and instrumentation symbols.
Working knowledge and ability to interpret tecnical instrumentation documentation like wiring diagrams, hookup diagrams, layouts tecnical specs etc.
Reading and interpreting NFPA, IEC, ISA, and Chevron Engineering Standards (CES) related to instrumentation, analyzer, and PLC/DCS design.
Familiar with, and experience in field walks to gather pictures, sketches, and other necessary instrumentation, junction box, marshalling rack, DCS equipment.
Technical skills in plant engineering, Instrument engineering or process engineering desirable.
Knowledge of system analysis and project engineering
Database knowledge (Oracle, MS SQL) desirable.
Speaks fluent English and communicate clearly and concisely.
Ability to take direction and work independently with little supervision.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
