Job Description :
Responsibilities:
Work with team of recruiters on a comprehensive recruiting strategy to properly scale teams with key hires, prioritizing talent onboarding in accordance with business goals and metrics.
Collaborate with hiring managers on candidate screening and funnel building, optimizing for quality of candidate and speed of hire.
Identify and measure key metrics to gauge recruitment status including cost-per-hire, hiring cycle time, quality of hire, turnover, competitive hiring measures, and new hire engagement.
Be a champion of company''s key values and help develop cultural initiatives to attract new talent.
Continuously refine the candidate experience and interview process to produce the most effective results.
Execute on offer approval, extension and successful negotiation.
Assist with onboarding to create a seamless transition from offer acceptance to first week on the job.
Manage various external resources from a handful of agencies to recruit platforms and job sites.
Lead programs pertaining to interviewer training, recognition, development, sourcing strategies, career fairs, and recruitment process.
Requirements:
8+ years of recruiting experience working in a fast-paced and high-volume environment, ideally 50-100 requisitions open at any given time.
At least 2+ years of experience directly managing a team.
Experience recruiting for roles across engineering (Automotive, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Medical Devices, Semi-Conductors, Oil and Gas, Telecom) verticals.
Strategic thinker while still able to be very hands on and an expert at developing recruitment processes and programs.
Have passion for consumer platform, internet and/or gaming business models.
Ability to read people and assess talent beyond the resume.
Experience with ICIMS ATS a plus.
Ideal candidate will need to have demonstrated self-motivation, grit and positive attitude.
