SharePoint Support: SharePoint Work Flow Support, Form Customization, Site Creation/ Customization and Maintenance support, Content Customization support (List, Library, Permission etc, Technical Site Owner support, External Account support, Site Migration from one SP site farm to other support, Content Migration support form one non-SP repository to SP repository, Involved with Issues Resolution and Incident/Change Management, Involved in testing, training and implementation of Documentum solutions
IM Compliance Support
IM Technical Information Management Consultation support
Consult to IT and business partner on applying Information Management technology to business opportunities and planning and implementation of cross-functional information management needs
Collaborate with customers, gathering and modelling business requirement /data, business processes, and other business rules in order to ensure alternatives have been carefully considered and that the chosen Information Management solution meets business objectives
Elicits business requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis, and/or viewpoints
Decomposes high-level business and user requirements into functional information management requirements and quality, specified in an appropriate level of detail suitable for use by the technical team, including offshore developers. Works closely with IM team
IM Tool deployment support and Workflow analysis
Responsible for documenting, developing and finalizing business and functional information management / Content Management requirements
Apply the appropriate business analysis tools and methods as needed, in support of SharePoint, or in support of the study of proposed changes to the business processes
Knowledge of the processes, practices and tools of information management disciplines: demonstrate familiarity of information management principles and practices including IM policy and standards, information retention, electronic document management, active and inactive records management, meta data tagging, copyright compliance
Reviews and makes assessments related to internal and external customer feedback, metrics, policy and regulatory changes, work flow reviews, root cause data, new business strategies, etc. for potential information management and/or process changes
IM ways of working and standardization support, connecting teams globally for best practices
