Min 8 year of exp
Overview:
Hands on experience of executing Automation projects for process plants – preferably in CPG / F&B domains
Required – Deep knowledge FTView SE/ME application development, RSLogix/Studio 5000
Required - Deep knowledge of Wonderware Intouch, Archestra application development
Desirable – Experience in motion control programming, preferable in Rockwell Kinetix
Desirable – Knowledge of plant Historians and reporting tools
Required – Rockwell PLC hardware selection and programming knowledge
Knowledge of Engineering package for Process plant upgrade
Desirable – DCS/MES experience
Desirable – Knowledge of Instrument selection & Sizing and preparation of Control documents
Desirable - fair understanding of Low Voltage Electrical Systems
Ability to work independently
Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
Ability to analyze the problem and provide solutions during the trouble shooting situations
Help create Engineering work processes
Process Automation work experience
cGMP, Clean Design, or S88 standard
ISA S95 controls system architecture
Validation, IQ/OQ , startup
