Job Description :
Client is providing professional services to its Customer for the Client Digital Intelligence products/platforms.
Service includes low and high-level design for deployment of network monitoring tools, installation and commissioning of these tools, integration with ambient systems, testing and user acceptance testing, customizations of KPIs and related graphs, network performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
Technical Skills:
Experience with Traffica, L3DC products/platforms/solutions
Experience with Windows Server and Linux Red Hat
Configuration and knowledge of HP servers and storage, e.g. ilo config
Experience with MOP Development and testing of MOPs
Experience with Software upgrade and deployment
Experience with installing operating system software, patches and upgrades for Linux/Unix systems
Experience with System integration
Experience with Network Monitoring Tools
Possess strong knowledge of IP technologies and network configuration (routers/switches)
Experience configuring firewalls and load balancers
Familiarity with scripting language, e.g. Python, Perl, Java Script etc.
Experience in system testing, debugging, test and test result documentation
Strong troubleshooting skills, ability to analyze technical problems around product installation, configuration, integration
Experience using the defect tracking tool e.g. Jira (preferred), HP Quality Center or similar.
Communication protocol knowledge (Core, Radio) and 2G/3G/4G networks
Travel friendly (20%-30%) of time.
Experience Level:
Minimum 5 years of experience (minimum 2 years of US based experience) or exception granted by client based on technical assessment
