Job Description :
Lead and participate in cross-functional teams comprised of Operations, Quality and Manufacturing Engineering to standardize existing processes to reduce cycle times and develop process flow diagrams
Good Understanding on Manufacturing and Casting process of Medical Devices
Hands on experience in cycle time verifications, cycle time reduction and lean methodologies
Experienced in analysing manufacturing processes and develop Process Flow Diagrams (PFD''s) for process standardization for cost benefits
Responsibility to support conversion of casting drawings to manufacturing drawings for machined components
Evaluate the design features through Form Fit Function analysis that meet customer requirements.
Provide support in creating Design Verification protocols and test reports with good documentation practices
Ability to interact directly with the customer, provide support and critical thinking to cross-functional teams
Knowledge of implementing Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
Good written and verbal communication skills

Minium 5 yrs exp in USA
