Job Description :
This Sr. PLM Applications Engineer would report directly to the Head of PLM Systems, Tools, & Infrastructure and be part of the engineering service department which supports an 800-person global engineering organization across US, Europe,and Asia
Responsibilities:
Lead projects
Business process analysis and use cases elicitation
Facilitate workshops with SMEs/Stakeholders and gain buy-in
Use case backlog prioritization and knowledge transfer to external development team
Verification and User Acceptance Testing
Test Plan and Test Case Development
Work with lean teams in different geographical location (domestic and international)
SW Tool support
SW Tool administration
Train users as needed
Status reporting and escalations to senior management
Drive continuous improvement
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
Bachelor''s Degree in Engineering/IT/PLM or related discipline
Min 5 years of work experience in PLM domain that includes Teamcenter BOM/BOP/MPP , SAP/T4S interfaces etc
Min 8-10 years of total work experience related to product development
Proven ability to work in a team environment
Project management
Domestic and International travel required (~20%)
Self-starter and results oriented
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
Master''s Degree in Science/Engineering or related discipline
10+ years of work experience in the PLM domain that includes Teamcenter BOM Management, Manufacturing Process Planning (BOP/BOR), SAP/T4S interfaces etc
Solution Architecture experience
Experience in implementing PLM capabilities i.e., Multi-BOM Management, BOP/MPP/BOR, Change Management, Release Management etc.
NX CAD experience
