Job Description :
Your responsibilities will include:
Stamping experience
Leads continuous improvement projects per submitted requests (“??yellow tags”)
Develop packaging methods for new jobs
Process engineering change requests (ECR’s)
Assist in addressing plant safety issues
Quote new business for 101
Support production needs
Completes notifications for tool room/maintenance jobs
Work with operators on ergonomic improvements
Conducts time studies and creates incentive work standards per Client ??CIPP system
Leads new equipment installation/sign off process
Reprocess parts with decreasing volume
Maintains production routings
