The candidate needs have advance experience with collaboration and productivity tools such as Microsoft PPT, Excel and SharePoint.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration or Engineering or related field.
Familiarity with corporate finance and/or accounting
Strong organizational skills and an ability to multi-task with advanced written and verbal communication skills
At least 1 year of Program Management experience in a Business Operation role

Job Summary:
This position will report to the business operations manager of the Product Tools, Analytics, and Globalization Services (PTAGS) group and will work closely with leaders within the group as well as supporting functions outside the group such as Finance, HR, and IT. The primary role of this individual will be to support the business operations function with a variety of analytical, program management, planning, and reporting activities that ensure the efficient operation of the group. Business Operations Program Manager is critical to PTAGS success.
Candidate should have excellent communication skill and stakeholder management.
Furthermore, candidate should have an understanding of engineering and project management processes.
The candidate needs have advance experience with collaboration and productivity tools such as Microsoft PPT, Excel and SharePoint.
An ideal candidate will have a broad technical knowledge and be able to navigate myriad technical concepts, software engineering, build and release processes and tools

Roles and Responsibilities:
Weekly/Monthly tracking of PTAGS strategy, plan, execution and results
Consolidate and analyze business metrics and KPIs for regular reporting and review
Facilitate collaboration and assist in activities between PTAGS and other business units
Support and/or drive ah-hoc projects and teams related to process analysis and improvement
Assist in project planning and budgeting

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration or Engineering or related field.
Familiarity with corporate finance and/or accounting
Strong organizational skills and an ability to multi-task with advanced written and verbal communication skills
Adaptable to changing priorities and deliverables
Experience communicating with senior management and leadership
At least 1 year of Program Management experience in a Business Operation role
Formal training in project management practices preferred
Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
Demonstrated analytical skills?
