Job Description:
What skills/attributes are a must have?
3+ years experience implementing SalesForce CRM in multi-modal environment
2+ years experience implementing Journey Builder (experience with complex data sources)
5+ years experience Campaign Management experience, including multi-modal outreach
3+ years experience high-volume (200k/day) telephonic campaign strategy, implementation, measurement and continuous quality
What skills/attributes are nice to have?
Integration of Salesforce to autodialing platform (i3, Genesys, Avaya, etc) IBM Campaign integration with SalesForce
